Nooetic Clinic – Regulated Medical Cannabis Care
Our clinical operations focus on licence, compliant and scalable medical cannabis treatment
pathways.
Built for real patients, serious regulators and long-term partners.
A Clinic Model Built for Scale and Compliance
At Nooetic, our clinical operations are focused on one thing: delivering a serious, regulated
medical cannabis service that can grow.
We concentrate on:
- Running licence medical cannabis clinics under robust governance
- Delivering clear, repeatable patient pathways
- Building a clinic framework that can scale across the UK and into key European markets
Our medical teams work within a structured environment with defined protocols, quality
standards and oversight. The aim is simple: a clinic model that stands up to scrutiny and is built
to last.
Compliance First, Not As an Afterthought
Medical cannabis is healthcare, not a marketing experiment. Our clinical model is built around:
- CQC-regulated clinic operations
- Prescribing aligned with UK clinical guidelines
- Integrated workflows with licence UK pharmacies for dispensing
We concentrate on:
- Patient onboarding and triage
- Eligibility and assessment
- Prescribing and review
- Follow-up and ongoing monitoring
- Documentation, audit and governance
Everything is designed so that if a regulator, investor or partner lifts the hood, the structure
makes sense and the processes are clear.
From First Contact to Follow-Up – A Clear, Controlled Journey
We’ve built a pathway that is predictable, documented and scalable.
High-level patient journey:
Initial Contact & Referral
Patients arrive via referrals from healthcare professionals, partner organise or
compliant marketing funnels. All incoming enquiries are handled through structured CRM
and data processes to keep the trail clean and auditable.
Pre-Assessment Screening
Before any formal consultation, basic non-clinical checks are carried out to see whether
a patient is likely to be suitable for assessment, based on their history and previous
treatments.
Clinical Consultation
The patient meets with a suitably qualified prescriber working to our clinical framework.
Their condition, history, prior treatments and potential risks/benefits are reviewed in line
with current guidance.
Treatment Plan & Prescription
Where appropriate, a treatment plan is put in place and a prescription is issued.
Medication is dispensed through licence UK pharmacy channels, with clear
communication back to the patient.
Ongoing Review and Support
Regular follow-up appointments enable dose adjustments, monitoring of side effects
and evaluation of outcomes. This isn’t a “one and done” model – it’s a managed,
ongoing care pathway.
We don’t promise approvals or outcomes. We provide the structure and governance for
clinicians to make safe, evidence-based decisions.
Clinics Connected to Supply and Devices
The clinical side doesn’t sit in a vacuum. It’s fully integrated into the wider Nooetic structure:
- Nooetic Wholesale works to secure a broad, compliant product range and reliable supply, so clinics aren’t constantly firefighting shortages.
- Nooetic Devices focuses on delivery systems designed for dosing, adherence and real-world data, giving patients and prescribers better hardware than generic consumer options.
- Nooetic Nooetic Bio Tech Group provides central strategy, commercial planning and governance across the whole platform.
The result is a clinic environment that isn’t just “prescribe and hope” – it’s plugged into a serious
supply chain and a long-term device roadmap.
Clinic Partnerships and Joint Ventures
We’re actively building out our clinical footprint and are open to working with organise that
want to be part of a serious, regulated medical cannabis model.
We can look at:
- Acquiring existing clinics and bringing them into the Nooetic framework
- Joint-venture clinics, combining our structure with your location, patient base or brand
- White-label clinical models, where appropriate, using our framework behind another medical brand
Ideal partners include:
- Healthcare and occupational health providers
- Private medical groups and regional health networks
- Organisations with relevant patient populations where medical cannabis may be appropriate (within legal and regulatory boundaries)
- International groups seeking a UK clinical presence
Each partnership is built on:
- Clear commercial terms (equity, revenue, responsibilities)
- Well-defined roles – who does what, and who carries which obligations
- A shared commitment to compliance and quality
What Our Clinic Model Brings to Partners
A Ready-Built Framework
You don’t have to invent everything from scratch. We bring clinical workflows, SOPs and
governance that are already aligned to the realities of regulated practice.
Integrated Product Strategy
Our supply side is geared to support clinical operations – not the other way round. That means
realistic conversations about pricing, availability and product ranges from day one.
Clean Data & Process Design
Referral flows, CRM, patient contact, and clinical data are clearly separated and designed to
respect regulatory expectations and privacy law.
Commercial Thinking
We’re honest about what it takes to make a clinic commercially viable – from new patient
acquisition and retention through to long-term value and exit options.
All assessments, treatment decisions and prescriptions within our clinical framework are made
solely by suitably qualified healthcare professionals, in line with applicable regulations and
clinical guidelines. Nothing on this page is medical advice or a guarantee that any individual will
be eligible for treatment or receive a prescription
